What I dont understand is we have "refugees" & immigrants who have been able to establish businesses here yet the people born and raised here can't afford to start their own business.

And why is that?

Oh, that's right. Those "refugees" & immigrants get access to special funding for them to start businesses while the legal American born citizens (which include MANY people of ALL races) do not get access to those funding programs.
