That's not what the order says........ It allows ERCOT to bypass the law during the emergency.

Same, the "limit" is only emit what they think they have to... Faux outrage based on fake news is retarded regardless of which side.

But only to the extent necessary to prevent the grid from going down completely. And ERCOT had to exhaust all other alternatives such as importing energy and reducing demand first. And ERCOT had to pay at least $1500/MWh for this additional energy.
