They don't. I've been doing it for almost 3 years now and my armpit hair is almost gone and my underarms have lightened as I am not shaving them anymore.
Oh ok, I was referring to these infomercials they play in the middle of the night for these baseball hats that have a bunch of lasers inside of them that people are supposed to wear to regrow the hair on their head. Something George Costanza would have probably been interested in at some point! Guess we are talking about different kinds of lasers.
