The Commonwealth of Massachusetts put her in a two bedroom apartment ( baby needed his own room ya know ), paid books, fees and tuition for her college ( she didn't have to take out a single loan), wic and food stamps, babysitter money so she could study, do nothing work study job ( mostly so she could grab the $6k in federal and state earned income tax credits ), free bus and car fare to get to class and free healthcare .
She fucked around for six years, never graduated and works part time ( living with a boyfriend ) quite well on her free rent, food stamps and free healthcare.
Older generations of blacks more likely to be based.
Newer generations more likely to be without purpose.

I'm not defending irresponsible behavior, divorce, or the Welfare State (government theft)...
But the sad reality is that a lot of families were unhappy.
