When I think of a military general I immediately see someone like General Patton. The second closest would be General Flynn or Paetrus. These generals now don't seem like military men at all, they look feminine or some egghead that was on a fast track through Democratic regimes.

Military pedes, are they generals or the top brass bad ass military guys or is it just like every other governmental organization that the best are not always the ones that have the top positions but the ones that are pushed to the top for political reasons.

I was always under the impression that these guys were the best of the best, patriots who would die for their country, and guys who have seen the horrors of war. Some of these retired Generals seem soft to me and not soldiers at all but rather partisan hacks.
