Among other Kissinger and Nixon's screwy ideas was the one that had the USA and China hand-in-hand in case Russia decided to do anything to the USA. Along came Clinton, who said, "Let's move the industrial base to China." Wall Street said, "Yeah!" China got rich. Wall St. got rich. Then China started building up to take over all of Asia. China then started buying up America. Congress said, "We can make a buck, here." Obama/Biden said, "Yeah!" Then China started aiming their missiles at us and talking like they owned us. President Trump came in. Congress said, "Damn." China said, "We've got just the thing."
