They’ve tried to conduct studies of pornography’s affect on society in the past, but the major problem they always encounter is the fact that they can’t find a control group. There’s literally not a single person who hasn’t seen pornography of some kind.

That means it’s endemic to human culture, and we’ve found pornographic images and materials that date back thousands of years. I wish both sides would just stop trying to tell people how to live.

Yeah just because something has existed forever doesn't make it good for us. I've dated a porn addict and it was awful. I still think it is awful. Most men know it is. Many try to hide it, deny it, not talk about it. If it was okay, why would they do that? It definitely affects your relationships and your intimacy. I am a woman, and I know it really hurts my feelings and my self esteem. I know that is not the intention of men watching it...but that is just how I feel. I'm not a depressed, sad woman with no self esteem...but we all have feelings especially when we know our significant others, boyfriend's, fiance's, husband's watch it more than we think is "normal" or really watch it at all. You have to think if roles were reversed and women did that and men didn't. Problem is that it is typically men with this issue, not women. I've watched it, probably more so out of curiosity. But it's not for me and not something I enjoy. Given I have a more vivid imagination than I guess maybe men do. Idk, I can't say what goes through a man's head when they watch this stuff. It seems to be wired into men's heads though. Many I know, know it's wrong or they wish they could stop...but it must be some kind of mental thing. Most know they would be healthier and happier without it.

The porn problem is so pervasive in society that even the best conservative men are going to resist change. We were never supposed to live like this. I hope more men challenge themselves to go without it and see how the react.

The thing that convinced me more than just the negative biological effects it was doing to me was reading on how it affected women in relationships with porn addicts. I would read these stories of wives who were devastated by an uninterested husband or how they were wasting precious family time watching porn in the bathroom.

It saddened me that these husbands and fathers, in the best part of their lives, destroy their families to watch strangers have sex. I promised myself if I was ever lucky enough to have a family of my own I would never be that man.

For anyone interested go to this reddit and read the stories of how terrible it can be to be with a porn addict:

This is one thing I like about John Doyle, he's only 21 and he seems to be very intelligent and knows his shit. Especially with something like this. He talks about it a lot in his videos how they want us distracted, unfocused, fat, unhappy etc. Porn being one of those things that contributes. It really is an addiction in every sense. Like drugs/alcohol...many men want to quit or slow it down...but they can't...and it's hard for a normal person to understand. And it destroys their families or lives... just like drugs or alcohol.

As a woman, I completely agree with you, and I thank you for sharing this video. Porn is destroying society.

Thank you, I know a lot of men on here won't agree. As I can see the way they lust after any conservative or good women who stands her ground. But obv men think differently than us. What if we were on here lusting over conservative men? 🤣 But oh well. Given I can appreciate an attractive, strong female like Kayleigh, but I'm not gonna lust over her on a public website lol

“What if we were on here lusting over conservative men?” Actually there was a story about a woman on Tinder who got so disgusted with all the unsolicited dick pics that guys were sending her that she decided to get even and she sent out pussy pics to teach the men a lesson. Well, you can guess what happened. The men weren’t disgusted at all and she got several date offers and the men thought she was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Murder is endemic to human culture too, then! And abortion! Oh and drug abuse! Stop defending this abomination which is literally ruining our country and the lives of millions of men.

And women. Porn really destroys from so many angles. It ruins relationships, intimacy, and sometimes sex altogether for some people. I've dated a porn addict. It's not okay. It's not cool. It's not funny.

I agree. I've heard way too many stories of marriages being destroyed because husbands don't want to have sex anymore because they like porn better.

Essentially it creates a fantasy world where you can have whatever you want. When you try to ask for things your wife may not be comfortable with...well then shit goes south. "Sorry you turned into a kink because of porn and now you want to demand those things from your wife." Some may agree, but not really want to. And some may not. Either way it drives a wedge for sure.

I am firmly anti-porn but the problem is no-fault divorce, women who refuse to live biblically with their husbands, easy sex, and feminism. Porn is the symptom of all these problems.

The fact that the nuclear family has been destroyed and that the sexes have been conditioned to fight against each other instead of living as God intended has caused the porn problem (in addition to many other problems).

I don't think the issue is "porn" in the sense a man views some photos of a scantily clad woman. The issue is the depraved nature of the content, amount available, and ease of access. There has never been a time in human history in which someone, including children, can just get in front of a screen and absorb unlimited amount of degeneracy.

I am pro-porn and I don’t care if you downvote me for saying so. Prostitution should be legal, too, like in other countries. Look, women get their periods once a month and mostly dread it. Men have to empty their balls frequently from the sperm build-up, some men several times a day (Libs hardly ever). People used to marry as teenagers and so men had a way of dealing with their buildup with their wives. Now hardly anybody marries anymore, dating is more difficult than ever, and the Left wants you to wear a mask and stay six feet away when you have sex.

Also, a lot of women dont give men what they want/need in the bedroom. That’s one reason they turn to porn...either video, audio, or erotic fiction. Sex is all in the mind. A lot of women think sex is dirty and they are embarrassed to get down and dirty with their husbands. A lot of husbands are afraid to sully their wives with their dirty fantasies..stopping porn isn’t going to mean men will stop their dirty fantasies.

I would rather men watch porn to relieve their sperm buildup than to actually go out and pork some drunk cunt they meet at a bar or in the street and maybe catch some disease that they then bring home. We need to be more open about sex and fuck more before the Dems outlaw it. So all you prudes beware, Debbie’s on a roll

Yeah this. Seems like media has convinced men this is what they want. I think even if some men get all this and more, they probably won't be satiated. There will always be more they "want." If you really ask a man if that's what they want, I think they'd feel ashamed, embarrassed that you'd think that...but what do I know. The media is all about telling people what they need or want. It's weird sex, it's being a different gender, it's liking the same gender, it's wanting to be a different race...it will never end. It will always be something.

Fuck that, I want to fuck a dirty whores gaping shit filled starfish while she laps up the puke from the floor she threw up earlier from a proper skull fucking!

There is fantasy while doing “it” and then there is reality. I make a distinction. Normal sex with dirty talk thrown in creates a fantasy but not the reality. Sex is all about the fantasy created in your mind.

Personally, I envision being surrounded with purple nitrile gloves, a triple roll of Bounty paper towels, sanitizer, isopropyl alcohol, aloe lube with vit E, gadgets, and a whole bunch of other protective gear on the order of a hazmet suit, but you do you.

Debbie Does Dallas? How fitting lmao.

Given you are spouting a bunch of different scenarios that aren't the case for everyone. Every situation is different. You can't lump everyone together. There's nothing prude about not wanting your partner to watch porn all the time. Sorry not everyone gets aroused by it or even likes it. It's not healthy, it's not good for you in any sense. And if your partner can't refrain from going to fuck someone else...then that's another problem entirely. Like I said to compare all situations like they're the same, doesn't work. Single people can't be expected to live life the same way a married person does in regards to porn. But there's obviously no point really continuing this argument with you though.
