I don’t know if I trust the Atlantic article. This commercial is what I remember about CocaCola back then, and it seems pretty integrated to me especially since back then the advertisers didnt use many black people in commercials at all. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1VM2eLhvsSM . “I’d like to buy the world a coke, and live in perfect harmony”
