Not sure but somebody leaked Coca-Cola's online diversity training material which told their employees to "act less white".

Coca Cola was caught sending its employees mandatory training which listed the problems with "being white" (being self-assured, responsible, working hard, believing in meritocracy, being confident) and ordering them to "Be Less White"

Coca-Cola is apparently making all employees take be less white courses.
