I've noticed on gab that trend is starting to take a turn for the worse. People are starting to get degraded for not conscripting to Christianity and it's a huge turn off for me. Please don't fall into this trap. I grew up with religious authoritarianism in the late 80s and early 90s and I want nothing more to do with it.

Totally understand where you are coming from. Religion has done more to destroy Christianity than perhaps anything else. Please don't confuse what the "church" and zealots espouse with the true nature of what Christianity is about.

Ok but in the end we all want the same things.

I grew up in the church and now im....to put it mildly they would throw me out immediately.

But still God loves me and i still believe

That is such a good place to be. However, Jesus might feel a "believer" knowingly living in sin is analogous to a Pharisee in a temple where Christ would flip a table.

I've never seen anyone degraded on Gab for not being Christian. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, but I can get on Gab and not see anything about religion depending upon whom I'm following and reading.

Give the Jefferson Bible a look. That's best for people who don't believe in magic and miracles.

It's not God's fault he can't get good help.

Wasn't in the plan or he would have.

All is foreseen, but free will is also granted. That is contradictory but it is also the way it is. God is not like a child playing with puppets and voicing their lines. And God sometimes does indeed get good help. Man is a partner in creation. By God's design.

We want what's best for you and that's salvation. But I've never seen anyone nagged into true faith. GOD places faith inside and it must work it's way out. Information should be widely shared, but without the inner call, it's more like wearing a mask than changing a heart.

We want what's best for you

If you insist on going to HELL, I can't stop you.

this is already hell

the question is, why can't you tell?

Marshall2 1 point ago +2 / -1

This is just a taste of HELL. I don't understand the desire of those who think it will be a party and pursue it with such vigor.

what do you mean you don't understand

do you believe in santa claus?

Marshall2 1 point ago +2 / -1

Do you think you're the first person to come up with that? Like I said, If you insist in going to HELL, I can't stop you. I'd just prefer that you didn't. But no, I don't understand how NOT wanting you to go to HELL triggers you.

why didn't you just answer the question

do you believe in santa claus?
