If a state can de-criminalize illegal activities, and give a free pass to fringe criminal groups ...
Why can't one of our RED states use California's "Less than $900 is not actually theft, from a brick and mortar store" and add a twist to that ... so duplicating copyrighted movies/media is ALSO "not a loss of more than $100, so is also not theft" and to further this idea - it's really a victimless crime, as no individual has actually lost their property?

If it's time for a revolution, we need to rile up the current minority who are screaming the loudest these past few months! (Thoughts and input welcome!)

Thank you! I appreciate your insight at 4am ... we need more Late Night Crew (LNC) posts for those of us who don't like sleeping, to post annoying questions like mine!
