I can’t get on board with the bland food thing because I like spicy food. A number of other things are superficial. But most of it is just common to all post-industrialization civilization. Some other things like “men judged based on social status, power, intellect” is just evolutionary psychology common to most females.
The main underlying false idea this is trying to push is that everything is equally valid, and that’s not true.
