It's not American culture. This country was founded by Whites, for Whites. They are not wrong when they say these are "white supremacist" concepts. The word "supremacist" is incorrect, but these are White concepts. Rugged individualism is a characteristic of White people.
I think supremacy is subjective tbh, we’re better at stuff that we valued as a society (same as the East Asians, that’s why they respect us) but that doesn’t empirically make us better than anyone else.

In the context of civilization building, yes Whites are supreme. In other contexts such as athletics, Blacks are supreme.
