Unpopular opinion, I guess, but even though I prep for my household, I do expect the government to make sure utilities stay on without sending people 10k electric bills. I pay my taxes and I don’t expect to live like I’m in a third world country. Wtf are these people for? They certainly haven’t been protecting our rights lately. It’s not like they couldn’t just plan better infrastructure to spend my taxes on.
