The Greeks figured it out many years ago that the best way to seek the truth is “via negativa” meaning by excluding that which is not true.
The superior British common law, only sets precedent after a judge or a jury evaluates a fuckup. Which is the opposite of central planing.
My personal solution would be to start by revoking the license of anyone who wears a mask while driving a car alone.
If you read the whole thing I’m against licenses to drive ... because the great majority of people aren’t the problem.... but I’m for punitive actions against terrible drivers

So a 10 year old kid can choose to drive? I have no problem with licenses because they force people to at least take a test and have a basic understanding of the rules of driving. We all have to agree on how traffic flows otherwise we would have a lot more accidents. If we remove this system, anyone with no idea whatsoever of the rules can get behind the wheel. People from third world countries are flooding in here and many have never even ridden in a car until they come here.

According to that logic you need a license to walk the streets ... imagine if someone didn’t knew how to read pedestrian signs and lights ... do you need a government agency to test your knowledge not to walk in the middle of a highway?
Or for that matter any social activity ... there should be licenses to walk your dog, swim in the ocean, surf, use a public restroom, wait in line to get a license ...
We don’t need a license for most things in life because there is this thing called culture ... that gets passed from fathers and social circles to the next generation
For hundreds of years there where no hunting licenses and amazingly all of our ancestors survived ...
Illegal aliens don’t get licenses ... that’s kinda the problem ... when you get crashed into by a triple negative (no license, no insurance, no papers) that is drunk beyond recognition, he who is a criminal that doesn’t respect the law, is not gonna make an exception and wait in line at the dmv, he is just gonna be slapped at the wrist by the state, you get all the cost, and you still have to go wait in line at the dmv to prove you’re a safe driver
I mean that’s why we have demerit points with drivers licenses.
I feel like the 80/20 rule applies to crime in general, which is why Giuliani achieved success with the broken windows approach to policing in crime in New York

There shouldn’t be license to drive ... because most people are normal ... it’s easier and cheaper to prove that a few are terrible drivers than to prove that most are good drivers
