It's really a mutual knowledge problem. It's an emperor wears no clothes.

Except those that know and are using it as a tool for power. Which isn't just politicians, it's also Karens.

I see those "masks required" signs everywhere. I walk in without one, the cashier isn't wearing one, nobody is. Nobody says a word at all about it.

The sign is literally there because they're required to put it there at this point. No one buys it.

wrong. i was in a walgreens once, and this lady tried going in without a mask. right away she was met with two employees telling her she must wear one if entering the store. and 5 people in line gave her the looks like she was the devil....

Absolutely. Most people are cowards. They aren't brave enough to stand up to bullies and abusers. But they're brave enough to harass those that do have courage to stand up and say this is fucking bullshit.
