This is utter rubbish and does NOT add up. Selective hypothermia? If it was going to kill an 11 yo it would definitely also kill the 3yo. Not checking a sleeping 11 yo until 2pm? Why not?

People survive getting trapped on fucking Mount Everest in major storms in tents ffs.

Being stupid doesn't absolve parents of responsibility - it just makes them stupid. Now followed by greed and trying to profit off the death of their child. This is their first response? A lawsuit?
