Sue the EPA/DOE. They are the ones under Biden that restricted coal/fossil power production. Texas was ready to meet demand and the Biden administration shut that down with restrictions.

But hey! They stayed under emissions goals! Thanks fed fucks!

Either way, bad parenting so it’s going to be tough. But at least sue the right direction.
