Looks like just another Twitter cry baby up there in the screenshot. If they stopped building cold turkey, there are probably tons of dangerous holes and trenches that need to be filled in before Border Patrols and illegals fall in them and get injured. They’re probably just making the area safe.
Those look more like storm water pipes than border wall sections. I feel like this could be any random municipal construction project...
