It's a long way from .4 percent to 7 and I told him I hate when people piss down my back and try and tell me it's raining. I have a foot swelling condition but he finds nothing wrong with my blood sugar or heart. He wants the investigative probe. Be skeptical of your doctors ladies and gentlemen. They work for money.

Are you taking any meds which can cause water retention? Do you spend a lot of time on your feet all day? Have you tried sleeping with your foot slightly elevated? There are a million things to look at first before spending 10K on a probe. Fucking doctors.
Fighting with my nephrologist right now because she's dead set on changing up my meds that are working fine. Current ones run about $13 for 3 months, the new ones $1400+. Absolute bullshit, and hard to switch docs because all the dialysis clinics around here are partnered with the same group.

Yes, I agree, they always tell you it's not curable, so you find a remedy yourself to avoid the drugs they push at you to manage the condition, they are compromised like the politicians etc.
Doctors are experts, but they aren't always right. Don't be afraid to respectfully question your doctor if something seems off to you. Don't be afraid to get other opinions. It's your body and your life at the end of the day.
I had a motorbike accident years ago. Lost alot of skin sliding on the road. I had 3 surgeons all recommend skin grafts for my hip even though it was healing fine.
Had a visit from the senior surgical fellow who advised against skin grafts and dressed down the 3 surgeons. "So your going to take a graft from his other hip so he can't even lay down propperly for two weeks, so his other hip will heal a little quicker but then he's still gotta wait 2 weeks for the hip you took the graft from to heal???"

The word "expert" has become a political tool in the last 20 years.
Theoretically, SOME are experts. But many of them are nowhere NEAR the "expert" level. Yet they all believe they are. And society treats each and everyone like they are.
as someone with chd (chronic heart disease), a survivor of 7 mi, God knows how many heart caths and stents and one open heart....if your cardiac and sugar numbers are good, i'd see a neurologist, first. or at least, find a better cardio-god. also, if you're not already, take an aspirin everyday; it's clot prevention.
