the point is you need to do due diligence... if you want to bother being informed about things, then you need to double and triple check multiple sources that you trust to confirm something, and try to stay away from trends, and notice patterns
Are you aware you can toggle settings to actually see if posts are downvoted here? It's actually pretty rare and the only way you would know it's even happening is if you were to keep refreshing in 'new'. Most of the actual POSTS, not comments, that are downvoted get removed.
