Not guaranteed in a Democrat stronghold like Oakland. It's likely to be a heavily leftist jury pool.
Hopefully in this case he gets a Bronx jury, but that area is very “rich and vibrant” from what I understand. I’ll be keeping an eye on this one for sure.
