It's disgusting here now. I have a lot of friends in SFPD and OPD and they're completely dejected. They've been handcuffed, no pun intended, so bad that they can't do anything any more. Someone commits armed robbery? They arrest them and then see them walk out of the police station before they're even done with the paperwork.

Thanks no bail laws.

See someone rummaging through a vehicle with a broken window and then they run away when they see you? You can't engage. You didn't see them break the window so you don't know if it's a car break in. I wish I was joking about this but it's verbatim SFPD policy.

SF DA is an actual dometic terrorist.

Oakland uses ranked choice so....

I would be trying to find a job elsewhere and leave. I don’t see how any police officer can tolerate this sort of nonsense.

I mean this is anarchotyranny, where the government refuses to protect innocent citizens because it sides with the criminals. Normally that happens because the criminals are actually working for the government (such as vote buying etc.) The criminals can also act as proxy enforcers for government in this situation.

It is anarchotryanny but I can't just leave. I'm 6th generation San Franciscan on my fathers side. My family literally built and protected this city for generations before the degenerates took over.

I own a successful small business that employees a few dozen skill tradesmen. Packing up and leaving isn't for everyone. I would love to be in a position to move the whole company with the employees to another state but that's not reality.
