The system is rigged against the voters to recall RINOS. We got screwed by the 17th amendment. It was passed in 1913 which changed the way US Senators were picked. They were appointed by state legislatures before the 17th amendment and now they are elected by popular vote.

But Kinzinger is a Representative, the lack of the 17th amendment wouldn't have affected him.

I know he's a representative and he can't be recalled because the system is rigged. The 17th amendment rigged the process against the states so the US Senators ostensibly are working for the feds and not the states.
