Great article, What people do not understand is the power grid is one big ditch and you pour water into it and people around the long ditch take what they need. Windmills are a water source that pours into that ditch. Since you don't want the water to overflow you want to turn down the other water sources when the water is coming from Wind. So when wind stops, being able to cover for it in a crisis is a problem.
