Yay, let's celebrate! Trump should sell Trump Tower and his other luxury estate in NYS, and purchase property in states that would ecstatic to have the Trump name on buildings!
I get it though... The areas he bought in are high end, with lots of wealthy customers, and big opportunity to gain value.
But fuck NYC. I'm glad this is happening. One less thing to enjoy means one more person who says "fuck it, I'm leaving, it's become a shit hole".
I can only imagine how much Trump Tower NYC has appreciated in value since being built. Democrats would probably be delusional enough to think the Trump brand association would hurt the value, and I'm sure if they pushed that idea in the right circles Trump would gladly take the depreciation write off, but if it actually went up for sale I have a sneaking suspicion the price would end up well over market value.
