I'm GLAD they do this. Just another blow to NYC, and one more thing to make the city worse, which will make at least one more small group say "wow, everything is going to shit. I have to leave after living here for decades...".
Not sure how accurate Reuters is, but found an article (Dec 2020) that 3.57 mil left and 3.5 mil moved in. Study includes an interesting comment about a wealthy neighborhood where the average income was 140k dropped to 82k. So dunno if property value went down?
