I can only imagine how much Trump Tower NYC has appreciated in value since being built. Democrats would probably be delusional enough to think the Trump brand association would hurt the value, and I'm sure if they pushed that idea in the right circles Trump would gladly take the depreciation write off, but if it actually went up for sale I have a sneaking suspicion the price would end up well over market value.
