I went most of 2019 on just water. Occasionally sweet tea. (I'm from Texas, you just can't some times. lol)
2020 got me hard and I let the bad Diet Coke back into my rounds. Soda is the devil man. It either has refined sugar, or an artificial sweetener that makes you crave sugar. Plus, it never really QUENCHES your thirst. Just seems to make you want more.
I'm going to finish what's left of the case that I have - then I'm back onto water. Or maybe some kind of lemon water....
