So glad they're busy ignoring the biggest issues to f*k someone up for walking across the street and resisting a kidnapping.

I generally support LE, but so many street cops make their bread and butter numbers stopping people for nothing and doing warrant checks/searches. I get dude was uncooperative, but for jaywalking... tell him to be safe, use a crosswalk, and leave him the f alone. This was just a fishing expedition gone wrong.
