This is a direct breach of sections 15 and 26 of the Equality Act 2010 (previously the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended). There is no limp dicked "oh well ACK-CHU-ALLY it's a private corporation, it can do what it wants," bullshit in the UK.
However, what there is in the UK is a massive deficit of lawyers with testicles big enough to take on such a case. I hope I'm proved wrong but I don't think I will be.
