The ones moving to Bozeman are leftist. And it shows. Here in Helena we are seeing it too but not nearly as bad yet. They call it bozefornia for reason.

Some of realtors here are pushing back, because our issue in my area is people buying uncovenanted land and then getting pissed off because the neighbors don't want covenants and gentrification. Why you would choose to buy unregulated land then demand regulation is beyond me.
