NGL, I'd rather see that than the military being accomplices to the cartels. Hell; if that's what it would take to root out cartel influence in the US once and for all, damn straight I wanna see it happen ASAP.

The Cartels are operated by the intel agencies. They're a guerilla operation that allows them to seize power where they wouldn't have it, extort more money than they already do, and kill enemies with impunity.
