Yes, THEY do. The point of a boycott is that they see their profits dip. If you never bought this shit in the first place... I'm sure you see where I'm going.
They’ll still sell their products at schools and rest stop vending machines... so yeah, they won’t see it affect them much at all.
Like you pointed out, I’ve been boycotting them for years, because they’re poison and bad for your health... them hating my skin color just shows I got it right before it was ‘trendy’.
Think a little deeper here, what if this whole thing woke thing is an attack on Coca cola by Warren Buffett to make coca cola stock go down, so he can buy it up?
John sells apples. Lisa and Mary always buy his apples. He makes $10 a week.
Sally wants to make John understand the power of a boycott so she decides to buy his apples one week and then not buy them ever again, like she always has.
That week John makes $15.
The next week John makes $10.
John benefitted from Sally's "boycott".
Maybe he can convince his kids/wife/friend to purchase some other rival product. Even if just for a couple of times, it would be a successful "boycott by proxy"!
THEY dont know that

Maybe. But WE can do that as well...
So I will start buying them and then stop

Excellent analogy
