This is going to be a long war, with many losses and many victories. We may not even see the fruits of our labor in our lifetime but your children or your grandchildren might and they will speak of reverence about you someday and say daddy or mommy were fighters and patriots and without them we would not be here today without the sacrifices they made. We are risking our lives just like those young men who stormed beaches knowing that they were going to get killed. We will be doxxed, threatened, and ostracized on our own land for our beliefs. The color of our skin will be targeted and our beliefs will be twisted by MSM and the government but we all need to take this fight personally and no we are not alone. We finally get the chance to fight for something bigger than ourselves, to fight for the greater good, and to protect our God-given rights as an American. "It's a republic if you can keep it." It is and we need to fight for it in every way we can. The Chinese are in year 35 of their 50 year plan to take this country and we are in Year One and as long as we are united and committed to the fight we will fight like hell because we are fighting for future generations.

Be part of the "Greatest Generation of All Time."

I read a recent comment from someone, responding to an accusation of "how many children have to die before you give up guns" and they responded "all of them including my own" if that is what it takes to defeat communism and tyranny. Brutal reality. This is what we are down to.

I think in the end that is what is going to happen and I think this is what they are indoctrinating the military with as we speak. No more wars abroad but the enemy is within and we need to train you for urban warfare and take out your own. Scary premise but this is what they fear, us and if you can get guy trained to "just following orders" it will be a bloody war.

Thanks Baxter. My dad was a WWII vet and he told me his stories so much I knew them verbatim. He was so proud of his service and I think it was the only time he really felt alive. When I would talk to Vietnam vets I was enthralled in the most mundane stories and I wished I could be a teenager in the 60s fighting for our country.

Life has been too easy and I never had anything beyond my little orbit to fight for. I was never in the military and I just took everything about America for granted. Now my world view has been shattered and I have an enemy but like a lot of people I am afraid. If I didn't have a family to fight for and all the things that come with it I would be on the front lines. I haven't done enough and if I remain on the sidelines any longer I am going to regret it. I want me kids to enjoy the life I had and if I don't step up now I haven't nothing to say when the shit hits the fan.

I haven't laid my ass on the line but hopefully when the time comes I will have the balls to do it. If there was a legal fund or some insurance that would protect conservatives if we do speak out and put our money where our mouth is would go a long way in overcoming the fear and hopefully I will find one soon.

I think if we really view this as a long term war and we have some assurances that our free speech will not be used against us will go along way in furthering our cause but we need to know that they are available and will protect us. I don't have the money to fight in court against entities that have lawyers who can drag cases out for years and make me bankrupt in the process. My first and only loyalty is to my family but a close second is our country.

The song "We could be heroes" by David Bowie comes to mind and even if it is for one day, week, or year, we are heroes in the greatest battle of our lives. I hope I am up to the challenge. Peace Brother
