Occam's Razor would suggest they lost all other boogeymen, so they had to resurrect one that had been 98% eradicated... the invention of a "virus" was icing on the cake. How else do unite an "army" with no flag left to rally around? Less dominant? In numbers or attitude? Because all of the black guys I know (most of them awesome, based dudes) don't have anything suggesting a lack of dominance in their characteristics. I'm not disagreeing, just asking for clarification.
