Has not bothered to visit Texas at all despite people suffering. For your info Obama gave the state of the Union Feb 22,2008. Trump gave the State of the Union Feb 28, 2017. Biden maybe but not sure will address the nation on Feb 23,2021 Any bets on it being the shortest address in History.
