That's how it was done in the 19th and 20th centuries. It won't work now because the precincts no longer have the power. The leadership has instituted rules to insulate themselves from it's base and proof is what happened in 2020.

They feed off of misinformation and sheer lack of opposing opinions. 50% of the 400000 seats being vacant is disgusting and it should not come as a surprise when the GOP elites behave the way they do. Those are valid options once 100% of seats are filled.
