I don't think airbrushed photos of professional models with heavy makeup in traditional costumes are representative of what common eastern european women look like. A lot of them have a round face, high cheekbones and slanted eyes, possibly inherited from mongol invaders, but a 5 degree upward tilt like Melania's is very unique.
I mean, yeah. What a difference when you DDG slavic women. Of course I think a lot of those are those Russian mail order brides and I'm not so sure how much you can trust their pics.
Fun fact: I know a guy that met his wife this way. Can't remember what country she was from but it was somewhere along the Black sea. Very kind lady. If I was a man I'd look for a wife from that area too, tbh.

If these pics are indeed of Slavic women then no, it doesn't seem to be common among them the eyes are a uniquely Melania feature.
