WGU.edu is a nonprofit online college that was started by 19 state governors. It's local and nationally accredited.

It costs something like $3800 a semester but its all you can eat. If you know the class material you can just take the test and then move on. Some people finish their entire degree in one semester because they already work in the field. Others have to study.
