Not sure if the meats were shipped bulk and intended for retail or to individual people. The key take away is not the meat, but that these diseases are making it here. Some packages are likely slipping through and could be spread in other ways. That’s my take away from the article.

Don't ever buy anything but USA raised. When you go to Whole Fools and they try to sell you lamb chops - do not buy the New Zealand sourced meat.

who the fuck shops at wholefoods, the whole place is owned by china...... Local butchers "REAL butchers", who can give you an animal anatomy lesson better than a vet, that is where you go get good meat.

I agree. But the place is packed. I used to like it years ago before Bezos bought it. Now all the food is old and second rate.
