This is the 2nd time the EXACT Same Article has been Stickied, that's my problem. Don't unsticky something, only to resticky a different person's post, citing the same article on the same issue.
Thankfully you are on here 24/7 to point that out. You ever thought that maybe two different mods stickied different posts cause they were unaware of the other. Not everyone lives in the same timezone or has the same schedule. Glad you think it still revolves around you though. Get over yourself.

It "Empowers", except Sheriffs can already arrest your ass if your trying to confiscate guns without some sort of "Federal" Law to back you up.
I'm talking about the ability for Sheriff's to arrest Feds. For Gun Confiscation.
