42
VoidWanderer 42 points ago +43 / -1

Even after hearing this people keep thinking we'll vote our way out of this.

We're past that point. We're at the fourth box. They removed all other options for peaceful resolution. The sooner people get that through their thick skulls the sooner we can fix the problem that our founders warned us about.

21
jomten 21 points ago +21 / -0

We are already at war.

Like trench warfare, or guerrilla warfare, this is the next evolution of war. Economic warfare.

Cancelling, boycotting, frivolous lawsuits, pushing crazies to attack our businesses and homes so they can stay insulated.

We need to build a decentralized infrastructure from the ground up. Ive been on this for a while but Torba (Gab) seems to be coming to the same conclusion.

Energy (texas blackouts)

Food (covid supply lines failure)

Communications (censorship)

Education (communist indoctrination)

Manufacturing/Construction (“regulations” designed to protect the big players)

Services (publishers canceling us, transportation and boarding excluding us)

Just pick something and start doing it, or do a little bit of everything that interests you. It doesnt need to be pretty, just focus on not spending any money to deny tax dollars (force them to print more) and if you are busy do things that can passively generate resources.

ACB and Kav are clearly on the hook. Had they voted for cert it would have been granted. Those two are MIA from the outset. The issues are clear and so the only explanation is that they resent Trump and the supporters who got them their seats in the first place.

It’s official: Our government is moot. It has lost the consent of the governed. We need to stand. We’re running out of time. We need to act before it’s too late.

28
radome 28 points ago +28 / -0

Serious question of the decade: Given the now clear lack of any semblance of a rule of law, and complete lack of consent of the governed and zero avenues for redress of grievances, does the country even technically exist anymore?

No, the problem is that she isn't radical ENOUGH to have conviction. Scalia was a strict traditionalist Catholic who couldn't be compromised, intimidated, or bought, a modern day Sir Thomas More. People like him are one in a billion. We're lucky enough to have Thomas and Alito.

I think part of the issue is that his picks came from The Federalist Society, which is the "go to" for picking conservative judges, but the Kochs are huge donors. Also, the co-founder is not a Trump fan. https://www.foxnews.com/media/steven-calabresi-federalist-society-trump-tweet-election

31
War_Hamster 31 points ago +32 / -1

Yup, the US Chamber of Commerce and Koch Brothers are the driving force behind the Federalist Society these days. Many of us have cautioned about celebrating Trump and Mitch's "300 Conservative judges". I think we'll be lucky if even half of them are honest.

15
sordfysh 15 points ago +15 / -0

The federalist society is mostly a bunch of power-hungry elitists. It's really frustrating to be a lawyer who tries hard to make small businesses successful, but the majority of attorneys want to use regulation to "help" society by keeping the plebs in their lane.

Trump's presidency needed eight years to accomplish and solidify many of its goals. However Trump allowed certain people and entities get out of control, to the point where even if he won in a landslide he would never be declared the winner.

8
TrumpTrainNov3 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't think it mattered who he picked...you don't think DS got to them? Of course they did.

We're talking about decades of corruption and control in DC. They panicked like hell when Trump won the first time, and did everything they could to keep him tied up and hamstrung for 4 years.

It was life and death for them if he won again and had four more years to expose everything.

4
Moose0528 4 points ago +4 / -0

Meanwhile Biden’s AG is promising to come after everyone in DC on 1/6 with a vengeance. Literally a month in and Biden’s regime is already dropping the hammer. 4 years and all Trump could manage was to get some low level legal advisor at the FBI sentenced to community service.

They are putting people in jail for attending a political rally, and we are only a month in. They literally spied on Trumps campaign and he couldn’t get a single one of them arrested in 4 years.

Spare me the “he really needed 8 years” bullshit. What he needed was a set of balls big enough to crack some skulls out of the gate. Instead he played defense for 4 years and ran away when shit got real.

I was in Trump’s corner until he bitched out and packed up for FL while his supporters were getting rounded up.

9

-1
CakeStryder -1 points ago +4 / -5

They're asking for it because they want an excuse to send in the UN. A civil war is unwinnable for us; we need to focus on an alliance with the left. The sooner we can pull them from the media the sooner they can be redpilled.

4
Trumpy_Bear 4 points ago +4 / -0

Unwinnable for us? We have more guns than any army in the world, and an EXTREMELY centralized enemy. 3 weeks of siege of the leftist cesspool cities and victory would already be guaranteed.

-1
CakeStryder -1 points ago +1 / -2

We would be fighting near 100% of the US military.

4
Trumpy_Bear 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nope. 1/10th of the military is from Texas alone. The Democrats are purging but most of the troops are based

Anyway, that assumes heavy military involvement. They know they can't levy military attacks against us to any significant extent, because that would just solidify the split. They want to rule us, not wipe us out. Look at Iraq or Vietnam, you can't bomb people into being ruled, let alone all the Red states together that literally own 1/4 of all guns on earth

1
CakeStryder 1 point ago +2 / -1

I want you to stand back and take a good-long hard look at the number of assumptions you're making. Rule us? No, they want 90% of the species wiped out.

1
Trumpy_Bear 1 point ago +1 / -0

even assuming that, they know the vast majority of American people won't stomach another war, let alone one against the people in their own country.

Now comes the ammo box.

25
jujufumpkins 25 points ago +26 / -1

Kavanaugh fucked us!

We had their backs and they stabbed us in ours .

The rule of four is a Supreme Court of the United States practice that permits four of the nine justices to grant a writ of certiorari. This is done specifically to prevent a majority of the Court from controlling the Court's docket.

It only takes a vote of four justicies to grant certiorari and hear a case. It is rare to know the vote outcome of a decision on granting cert. But here we know that only Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas voted to hear the cases. That means Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Roberts all voted to NOT hear the cases.

Barrett and Kavanaugh are complete jokes -- man were we conned by these deep state plants and now we have to deal with these conmen for another 30 years. Never will we see a conservative decision again in America. 7-2, 6-3 decisions from here on out. The Supreme Court is meaningless at this point it should be dissolved because it doesn't matter. Just make every decision a Zoom call and have the Democrats write the response and dissent. They might as well just stay home and don't even pretend anymore.

Why do we even have laws anymore? Why should anyone follow them now? Our country is now literally a joke

"Having a murder trial at this point is moot. The person is already dead."

In other words, they are giving a green light to election fraud. Brilliant decision. Congrats on putting the final nail in the coffin of democracy you cowards.

Oh there's a fucking surprise.

Every single red state needs to just create laws that no democrat delegates may ever be seated. Apparently election laws of a state don't fucking matter.
