They had months to review it when it mattered and there was actually some political and public pressure. There wasn't a chance in hell they review anything now.

The problem is not "the system". The system is the greatest one ever created by mankind and has lasted longer than any other system of free people.

The problem is degenerate and destructive ideologies infecting the minds of individuals that make their way to the top of our system, and to the inner workings of it.

There is no cure but knowledge.

We are not running our nation as the framers intended.

Case in point, look how large our districts are at every level. 700,000+ for the average house seat? Hell, even city council seats are at the 200,000+ level in some areas. 20+ million for some senators! Absolutely broken. Few politicians can truly represent the will of the people when there's more people in their district than they have waking minutes in a day for the term of the office.

The only offices in our state and federal governments that were supposed to be overt goal-setting popularity contests were the presidency and the governorships. All others should have districts of reasonable size. But Mr. Not Edward, how do you handle the citizenry-state scale divide for senate seats when very state has millions of citizens now? Easy: you return to what the framers originally concocted and have a two-level system whereby senators are elected by state legislatures and state legislatures are elected by the people. This has the added benefit of keeping states rights with the states, and when following George Washington's preferred 30,000 population limit per voting district that would handle a state of up to 900 million people.

So it absolutely is the system. Nothing is working as originally intended at the electoral level and therefore this is not truly representative government and should be righteously dissolved!

The free market was always the source of American strength. The American political system is however complete shit and was even infiltrated by commies over 80 years ago.

Bigblue725 28 points ago +28 / -0

Nah. Our country has been in a decline for a long time. Trump was the last gasp of hope, but the country is dead. Like the fall of rome, except rome stood for a thousand years. We were a short but very beautiful experiment.

All that comes next is continued moral depravity. A continuation of a forced culture that worships and celebrates absolute weakness. And a slow & polite submission of the US. We will be easily overtaken by a country that values strength.

2
CertainlyNotEdward 2 points ago +3 / -1

How is that different from what I said? I think we agree, friend. Shit's fucked and have been for a while. It's going to take extreme corrective procedures to fix it. Nullification -> secession.

The right is hampered by too much noise from folks upset but lack the ability to think about what to do. They just yell and shout about things that don't matter while declaring all hope is lost.

Look at the Q folks. What did they add? Nothing. What did they take? Precious cognitive space and resources in organizing to oppose this mess. But they all thought they were ein the know and leading a revolution.

Now, I expect people to downvote me because they don't like being told they aren't leaders or in the know and need to follow better.

14
IroWide 14 points ago +14 / -0

We know what needs to be done, we just don't say it because this is an open internet forum and saying it here would be the equivalent to telling your enemy your plans. Our problem is organization without the use of the internet. Once we figure that out, action can be taken.

5
Redpillgirlfrommars 5 points ago +10 / -5

Oh fuck off with the blaming Q supporters bullshit. They never got in the way of anything. The vast majority of Trump supporters don’t support Q. They didn’t run any campaigns to flood pro-trump boards/outlets to hinder any planning/organizing. No one stopped you from doing a god damn thing. Don’t blame anyone for your inaction like a fucking liberal would do. You’re an adult. You’re responsible for what YOU do and do not choose to do.

The fact of the matter is we all believed the left would not be able to get away with in-your-face corruption of this magnitude. Starting a civil war is plan Z. That is the absolute last thing you’d want to do, and you want to expend all other options before that. We believed we had some kind of safe guard, that SOMEONE would put their foot down and not allow this. And we learned the hard way that we don’t. None of us have ever experienced anything like this. Most of us had no idea what to do. We still don’t. But nothing is fucking stopping you for doing what you blame Q supporters for not doing. And you’re not.

Stop fucking directing blame at people on your own side. The left would be soooo proud that you’re falling for their anti-Q bullshit and are making our side weaker by casting stones. We know who the problem is. Whatever you think Q people did is NOTHING compared to what the left has done. Direct your anger to the people who deserve it.

4
Kaiheitai 4 points ago +4 / -0

Q was a very clever infiltration by our enemies, who have all the resources and skills to run that sort of shit.

If my family didn't seek information and have to listen to morons talk about the current affairs, we wouldn't even know any of this shit was happening. Our lives haven't changed one single bit through the ChinaIsAsshoe Virus or any of the shenanigans that happen in the cities 99.9% of the time. We just want to be left alone....but if I ever see the white of "their" eyes as they come to take away my property, livelihood, self defense options, or family, they better bring a fucking army to this neck of the woods. My Great Aunt warned us all about the television and what it would bring, and most of the family thought she was crazy. She wasn't. Our eyes should be focused on God and our lives should be spent glorifying Him until the very end. These distractions and the propaganda used to bring them upon us are directly from Satan himself.

I just looked up on Cornell Law, "Because Federal Courts only have constitutional authority to resolve actual disputes (see Case or Controversy) legal actions cannot be brought or continued after the matter at issue has been resolved, leaving no live dispute for a court to resolve." So I am not a lawyer, but I guess it means that they did not want to over-ride the PA Supreme Court?

The CIA/NSA has instructed the judges a no standing order. If the electronic voting machines were to be properly audited, it would not only unravel manipulation and how votes have been changed in the USA 2020 election, but also other countries.

CIA/NSA is ordering judges to toss out anything that comes close to looking at the voting code (probably through some sort of Top Secret National Intelligence order), because they are trying to save face and not show the world that the USA Intelligence agencies have been meddling in other countries elections. This is now very, very obvious to anyone who has half a brain.

Pacifism is a losing cause, forever and for always. "Violence/self-defense as a last resort" is a legitimate cause, but pacifism is not. Pacifism says no matter what the opponent does, you will not fight back. Meaning you can NEVER win, because they have zero reason to ever fear your recourse.

1
ProdigalPlaneswalker 1 point ago +2 / -1

Pacifism says no matter what the opponent does, you will not fight back.

It's a real problem with President Trump's choice not to cross the Rubicon. Even if he gets back in office, this would taint negotiations with hostile powers going forward. The "bigger red button that works" is no longer relevant if you are unwilling to use it.

Gay marriage.

6

Legalization of pedophilia (soon).

5
Demonspawn 5 points ago +5 / -0

That series of rulings confuses the hell out of me.

SCotUS strikes down DOMA, citing 10th Amendment (state's rights to decide).

Then a gay couple married in Canada get into inheritance law issues in NY (which, by state's rights, didn't allow gay marriage), and all the sudden it's a federal issue. But instead of reinstating DOMA they decide all states have to allow gay marriage.

WTF?

4
TheThreeSeashells 4 points ago +4 / -0

What scares me is that states don't just turn around and say, "F*&k you. We're doing what we want. If we want to ban abortion, we're banning it. If we want to ban gay marriage, we're banning it. Neither is mentioned in the Constitution so the 10th Amendment wins out."

After the series of screw ups by SCROTUS lately, I contend states don't have to listen to them at all. After their punt on the election cases, I don't know why a state like Alabama, for example, didn't just go ahead and say, "Fine...no abortions of any type in our state. The SC rendered themselves meaningless so we're just going to do whatever we want." I'll tell you, if I were a governor and had the state assembly on my side, my state would virtually have seceded by now.

This is really the lesson I'm taking away from all of this.

Principles, virtue, morals, ideals, all of that is nice to have and interesting sure I guess. But it really means absolutely nothing. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is how much power you have.

I feel like I'm seeing this on both large and small scale. Small scale, I always thought things like being a good friend, neighbor were important. But really, how are things actually working out? The people who rob, cheat, and riot are getting more and getting ahead than honest hardworking people. At the end of the day what's really the difference between people--how much power they have.

5

How do you organize that? I'm seriously asking, think it through. Unless we show up in huge numbers, we'll be picked off and arrested, or just killed. But how do you organize huge numbers when every single electronic method of group communication is monitored by the feds?

6
cuhboose 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well generally in the modern day and age, you can't. Everything is watched and monitored and if they catch any snippet of it, you are right. This is why another structure of the lockdown was a key point.

Can go riot in the streets, but can't go to church. Can go shop at Walmart or Home Depot, but can't go to a bar. Socialized places is what they wanted to lock people out of because they don't have control on those avenues. Local clubs, that aren't advertised for any political grouping or anything that would draw attention would be the best avenue.

It was the 6th. Kind of hard to replicate

What exactly was accomplished on the 6th that we would want to replicate? A couple of hundred people goofed around in Capitol Hill for a few hours, and then got arrested by feds in the following months.

Capitol Hill was a honeypot and way too many people took the bait.

2
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 2 points ago +2 / -0

couple of hundred

My pede, try at least 30,000. A small army showed up at Trump's rally ready to do what needed to be done. A 'couple of hundred' bad actors were in there... and we got messed up.

2
Xuvial 2 points ago +2 / -0

A small army showed up at Trump's rally ready to do what needed to be done. A 'couple of hundred' bad actors were in there... and we got messed up.

For sake of argument, lets imagine the bad actors weren't there. What was going to get done? What exactly were 30,000 planning on achieving that day, and how? Thousands stood outside DC and protested peacefully. It changed nothing and Congress just continued certifying the election as if nothing had happened...

One thing I can tell you is that faggots like you will be first

5
nrjk1 5 points ago +5 / -0

There were a lot of men with families and a lot to lose in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and like, evety war ever. To think it's any different now is incorrect.

We just need the numbers and tge centralized leadership. The more numbers, the less risk each person has. LARP fags showing up with 100 for 2 hours at some place is cringe. 15,000 occupying an area for a good week and shutting down commerce and roads isn't. The left uses these tactics and they're correct. Seeing conservatives do this in massive numbers might bring otherss to the cause.

For what it’s worth Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch dissented.

These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle," Thomas wrote. "The refusal to do so is inexplicable."
Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch in a separate dissent also wrote that the court could provide clarity on the question by taking up the cases.
"They present an important and recurring constitutional question: whether the Elections or Electors Clauses of the United States Constitution are violated when a state court holds that a state constitutional provision overrides a state statute governing the manner in which a federal election is to be conducted," Alito wrote. ":That question has divided the lower courts, and our review at this time would be greatly beneficial."

Who could have possibly thought that a woman who spends her spare time importing Haitians into America would turn out to be useless?

1
DankChickieNuggies 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don’t think her adopting kids from out of country is a bad thing; it’s not like she refused to have her own.

She’s got a shit ton of kids, but if she and her husband can afford them, so be it. If they want to do something good like taking a couple of kids out of an impoverished life without a mom and dad, why’s that a bad thing? Could she have taken in kids from the USA? Sure, but who knows why she chose Haiti.

My family has spent a considerable amount of time in Central and South America in ministry and mission work. When you spend a lot of time around people, your heart attaches to them. Christians often do a lot of outreach/missions work. I’m not saying that’s how it happened for her, I’m just saying keep an open mind. This is not the right thing to be angry about.

Hate her for not standing up for what’s right. Hate her for blatantly ignoring the Constitution when her only job is to uphold it. Hate her for her part in driving this country to ruin.

Hating on her for adopting two kids and giving them a better life is a shit way of thinking.

It is a blow to a system of equal justice. It is a blow to anyone thinking they will get a fair trial. If anything of a small piece that resembled trust was still there it now has been completely eroded and destroyed.

On top of that the 'law' enforcement agencies and prosecutors create and falsify any evidence they need to get a conviction on innocent citizens or actively participate in the suppression of discovery of evidence to protect those with political leverage.

Today, you are guaranteed to get a more honest trial in Mogadishu.

Yeah, it's hard to drain the swamp when the swamp are the ones who get to make the final call on who you appoint to certain positions. Trump could not put "his guys" in those positions cause the Senate would have refused to approve them.

Also, hard to drain the swamp when it's 3 or 4 people vs thousands.

No. There were so many people asking ACB to be chosen.

She had a campaign ready the moment RBG died. I found it weird. Conservatives were so focused on her Catholism and forgot to check resume.

Very few spoke out against her.

Ann Coulter was pro Kavanaugh. I found it weird how this guy who was no where on the original judge list ended up being chosen. The Bush people worked hard to get him there. BK used all his DC contacts to get him that job. Trump put everything on the line and the bastard can not even stand up for the voters who backed him against the left.

In the last month the young, stupid and gullible left that voted for Biden just because he wasn’t Trump have realized how f’n young, stupid and gullible they are. This is dangerous because these are also the same young, stupid and gullible left that are violent enough to do something negative with their anger as seen in the last 4 years.

I am beginning to have thoughts that in order for Trump to be so far off on personnel decisions with the likes of ACB/Kav, state judges, Pence, staff, etc etc... that .... yeah.... something just doesn't smell right.

He was maybe controlled opposition. This is what the cynic in me believes. We created a Game of Thrones style political system and he was staged as the bad guy, maybe unwittingly. How else do you explain theatre surrounding this man? How else do you explain the universal hatred and backstabbing? How else do you explain him largely being ineffective as a POTUS? Maybe his supporters, including me, were duped. We live in a world of obfuscation. The great reset is coming and Trump was simply an actor in the story needed to get rational human beings to accept the change.

Hate to say I fucking told you so about ACB and Kav but really I fucking TOLD YOU SO! Putting a woman in the seat for political expedience was a fucking mistake and we should NEVER let ourselves get swept up in gender politics again.

Well, there goes any hope of civility in America.

Congrats, SCOTUS. You've declared it impossible to challenge election results, regardless of evidence. Now faith in elections can never, ever be assured or reinforced. And the millions upon millions of people who are skeptical of the results of this election are left with nothing but what they already believe: that the current federal government is illegitimate.

We're on a course for war now. SCOTUS put a boot on the neck of peace.

So let me get this straight, when we file in December, they tell us we don’t have standing. And when file and they determine we do have standing, they then tell us we took too long?

SCOTUS is basically saying they want nothing to do with election cases

What Kind of morons are we putting into positions of power who won't even address our grievances? Where is our representation? Where is our Voice? Why not address the complaints, bring counter evidence stating "Here is where it is factually and scientifically wrong.". This is some Bullshit, won't even argue, discuss, just nope nothing to see here folks, all that doubt you had about the election, well your not even worth arguing we will just dismiss you outright.

Who cares? We don't live in America anyhow.

Blow to Trump supporters? I don't know of a single Trump supporter who had any faith at all that the SC would do the right thing.

What can the people do when the legal system is corrupt? We have no Constitutional means for fixing it.

4
I_Love_45-70_Gov 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes, we do. It's in the Constitution.

It's way in the back, a part called The Bill of Rights. (or some shit). The 2nd one, if memory recalls correctly.

Unless a majority of the people rise up and demand that the court represent them fairly, it cannot happen. And that won't happen, so the broken system is not going to get fixed without abnormal means employed.

Hey fbi

FUCK THE SUPREME COURT!

slaphappy2 3 points ago +3 / -0

Submitting election fraud cases to SCOTUS is like bending over, spreading ass cheeks and handing vaseline to a convicted rapist - and complaining when he gives you the business.

SCOTUS gets orgasms from ruling "No standing" on election fraud cases.

They betrayed us and everyone who supported them. They are corrupt and and will live the rest of their lives and their childrens' lives financially set. We are nothing but peasants to them.

Well, this news pisses me off. Thanks for the morning cup of poisoned coffee, Supreme Court.

Of course, they did, if they ruled otherwise they would be blamed for not acting sooner. They are a bunch of Ivey League cowards trying to get into the good graces of the Media.
