You aren't wrong but you are only looking at extremes. There is the middle ground where men learn the true nature of women through years of experience. In general you don't want a woman in charge. That doesn't mean all women are poor leaders (South Dakota governor) or that all men are good leaders (no example needed), but in general you will have a much harder time finding a woman that has the character traits you would look for in a good leader than finding a man with those same traits. Men and women are different and they shine in different roles.
