Justice Thomas: The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent. (www.supremecourt.gov)

Alito doesn’t get as much love as he should. Not saying he’s perfect or anything by any means but he’s based a lot of the time.

Also, so glad we fucked around and fought so hard for Kavanaugh and ACB. I guess they have a different meaning of what a “constitutionalist” is than we do.
