It is. But, is it possible that this was part of the plan and Barrett and Kavanaugh are in on it, knowing that the court process would drag on for a year and the military was set to take over as soon as this last step was taken? I am not sure what I believe anymore. Hard to see them as back stabbers but maybe they are. Or maybe they know the military is the only way. The system is corrupt from top to bottom. Needs to be taken down and redone.
