Cruz was arguing Arizona's electors. He had a plan put on the table that was based in precedent and our Constitution. Then the process got shut down by the well funded shadow cabal and we'll never know how that argument would have played out. I believe Dems. would have had a hard time standing against the solution. The electors could very well gave gotten thrown out/decertified and Pence wouldn't have sent them.
I don't see them kicking our ass. I see the current administration hiding behind some shadow cabal, the N.G, and razor wire. They can't govern, they only dictate through E.O. Their best candidate is a dementia ladden mouth piece, who is compromised and can't put together a coherent sentence. Their Press Secretary can't answer anything because, like Obama's administration, there is no policy. We still have options like the convention of states and haven't even begun to push back on weaknesses of this administration. Yes, they are scared of us. It shows at the Capitol, it shows in their confrences, it shows in their actions. People don't get deplatformed for lying. They get deplatformed because this administration is illegitimate and fears us speaking to each other.
