" In the legal system of the United States, a matter is moot if further legal proceedings with regard to it can have no effect, or events have placed it beyond the reach of the law. Thereby the matter has been deprived of practical significance or rendered purely academic. "

This is why you fight election fraud as it is taking place, instead of waiting until the vote has been stolen and all appeals have been exhausted. The left set-up the steal for 6 months prior to the election IN BROAD DAYLIGHT .. we all saw it taking place, yet the DoJ did NOTHING to monitor the process, infiltrate counting operations, or set up fraud stings - in a national election for the Presidency. Cops on New Years Eve do more to stop drunks than Billy Barr did to protect the vote for US President. Un-Fucking-Believable! And this is why you never, ever, EVER appoint a deep state cunt to any position in gummint. Trump's DoJ failed America .... again.

Agreed. I guess he had faith in his SCOTUS picks. Rule of thumb, trust no one but yourself.

Im in Texas and im still worried. I don't trust Abbot to not bend a knee the second Democrats start pushing back. I don't trust any institution anymore.
