That procedural law is limited by the Constitution, and SCOTUS had every responsibility to hear evidence and issue a ruling.

If they had heard it they would all vote against it. States have sovereignty and their own constitution. Pandemic Hysteria gave Governors Emergency Powers that are unprecedent. They manipulated a spike in cases and pushed EO changes. Without COVID none of this shit would have happened.

The first case was filed by both the Trump Campaign and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, challenging the decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that make changes to the election laws in Pennsylvania. The most controversial change allowed the counting of mailed-in ballots received up to three days after election day

This was EO done 3 weeks before election.

second case was filed by GOP Congressman Mike Kelly, challenging the adoption by the Pennsylvania Legislature of no-excuse absentee balloting as a violation of the Pennsylvania State Constitution

Only blue faggot shills use the word "cope."

Prove me wrong by copying the case in a comment box. Show me where it highlights rigging on the 2 cases.
